Release of Liability

RALI PRODUCT RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

This Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into by and between Rali ("Rali," "Company," "we," or "us") and any individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") who purchases, uses, or otherwise interacts with any product or service provided through our e-commerce platform ("Website").

1. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold by Rali, you acknowledge that such activities involve risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, damage, or death. You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use or misuse of Rali products, whether or not such use is in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations or instructions.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Rali, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, now or in the future, related to any loss, injury, damage, or harm to yourself, third parties, or property arising from or in connection with the use, misuse, or installation of any Rali product.

This release includes, but is not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of Rali and any defects in our products.

3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rali from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of any product sold by Rali, including claims by third parties.

4. No Warranties
Rali products are sold “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will meet your requirements or expectations or that the use of our products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rali will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use of products, arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from the Website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the purchase or use of any product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product at issue.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
