Rali Product Return Policy

At Rali, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused products within 6 weeks of the original order date.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

To qualify for a return:

  1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

After the 6-week return window has passed, or if the product has been used, we cannot accept returns.
