RALI LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") applies to all products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Rali ("Rali," "Company," "we," or "us") through our e-commerce platform ("Website") and/or authorized retailers. This Warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.

1. Limited One-Year Warranty
Rali warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer" or "you") that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components, at Rali's sole discretion, and does not cover labor or shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

2. Warranty Coverage
This Warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship of Rali products. The following are not covered under this Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., chainslap, paint scuffs, scratches, dents).
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repair.
  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or impacts.
  • Cosmetic defects or surface imperfections that do not affect functionality.
  • Damage resulting from commercial use or racing activities.
  • Damage due to environmental factors (such as corrosion, salt, humidity, or extreme conditions).

3. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Rali's customer service at [insert contact information] to initiate a warranty claim.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Rali will review your claim and may require you to send photos or return the product for further inspection.

Rali reserves the right to request additional information or evidence regarding the claimed defect. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection.

4. Warranty Determination
Upon receiving your warranty claim and the product (if requested), Rali will evaluate the claim and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the defect is covered under this Warranty. If the claim is approved, Rali will repair or replace the defective product or component. In some cases, Rali may offer a refund or store credit in lieu of repair or replacement. Any repaired or replaced product or component will be covered under the original Warranty Period or for a period of 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

5. Discretionary Warranty
Rali retains the right to honor or deny any warranty claim at its sole discretion, even if the claim is submitted within the Warranty Period. If the product shows signs of misuse, abuse, or any of the exclusions listed above, Rali may deny the claim. Decisions made by Rali regarding Warranty claims are final.

6. Limitation of Liability
This Warranty is the exclusive remedy provided by Rali for defective products. Rali will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or use of products, even if Rali has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Rali's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product at issue.

7. No Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this Warranty, Rali makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Warranty or the purchase and use of Rali products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Insert County and State].

9. How State Law Applies
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
