Chain Mag

The Rali Chain Mag is the world's first magnetic chain damper device designed to quiet your bike's drivetrain, reduce vibration and improve chain retention. 

How does it work? While you are riding in the middle to lower part of your cassette a magnet grabs your chain when not pedaling. In the event your bike encounters a larger impacts that pull the chain off the magnet, the chain motion is quickly damped by the rubberized fingers in combination with the magnetic forces significantly reducing unwanted chain movement, noise and vibration. When you begin pedaling, the magnet releases the chain for a zero-friction experience. While in the higher part of your cassette, the magnet has limited influence over your bike's drivetrain.

**The logic in the calculator will sometimes suggest a "non angled" variant even if you inputted angle as "yes". This is by design and because we know many customers are sensitive to chain rub. If you fall into this category, you are welcome to still buy the "angled" variant but you may get a very slight amount of rub in your lowest cog buy buying the angled variant in these rare cases. The non angled variants are slightly lower than the angled variants, hence why there is this slight discrepancy. We personally don't mind a little rub in exchange for a quieter, damper, more secure ride but everyone is different.
